Making a Reservation

How can I reserve a hotel through your company ?
Just complete our reservation form, please make sure that you have filled correct details. As soon  we receive your request we will contact hotel, check the availability, if room available, we confirm the room and reply you soon. sometimes in peak season it is difficult to confirm the room quickly, so in that condition reservation can be delay one more day, we will keep informing you about the conditions through e-mail.

Is there any other way to make reservation?
You can also make reservation through fax .
If our requested hotel or room is not available then what will you do in that condition
If your selected hotel or room is not available then we will advise you an alternative with cost details soon.

What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?
Please make your booking before 15 day on arrival, our working days from Monday ~ Friday (Except national & Public holidays).

What should I do in case of my late arrival ?
Please inform urgently  direct to the hotel if you are not using our transfer service, you will got the Hotel Contact number details with your booking Confirmation,

Confirming a Reservation

What happens after I make a reservation?
All reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked. 

What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?
Once the booking is confirmed we will inform you soon and ask you to deposit the balance amount. Thereafter we will send you the booking confirmation details, hotel confirmation VOUCHER, Map & Brochure locating the hotel, some more photographs, Hotel contact details etc. 
To save your money transection fee you can deposit all the amount at same time.
Please print your reservation confirmation Voucher and keep it with you at the time of hotel check inn . Generally the hotel receptionist will ask for Passport or other identification.

Changing/Cancelling a reservation

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you cancel a  reservation which has been confirmed :
  • Within 45 ~ 30 days from the date of check-in 50% + Bank transaction fee will be charged.
  • Within 30 ~ 15 days from the date of check-in 75% + Bank transcation fee will be charged.
  • Within 15 Days from the check inn 100% will be charged.

Children Policy
One child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents' room without being charged.
A separate room will be provided if there are two children less than 12 years of age, at 50% discount on the parents' applicable rate.
A separate room will be provided at 50% discount on the parents' applicable rate for one child between 12 and 16 years of age.
The 50% discount on the parents' room rate will not be applicable on the black out dates identified by the hotel.
For single parents traveling with up to two children under the age of 12, a single occupancy rate will be charged.
For single parents traveling with one child under 12 and one child over 12 years of age, double occupancy rates will be charged.

Prices & Payment
What credit / cards are accepted?
We accept almost all kind of credit cards. 5% service charge will be applicable on total amount.

When will I be charged?
Once we have received your credit card details, we simply check from our bank, in order to guarantee / secure your booking. Until the hotel accepts your booking, no immediate charge is made. We will charge your credit card in US dollars only when room is confirmed.

Is there any fee using our booking service
Generally there is no extra charge on the mentioned amount in our home page but in some condition the Local tax are applicable. we will inform it at the time of booking.

How about tips ?
It in not necessary. Feel Free.

How do I get to the hotel?
you can book our Airport/Station transfer service, Our local staff will wait for you at the arrival lobby having your name card written on it, after meeting our staff will take you up to the hotel you have booked.  In case your flight is delayed our staff will inform to the hotel about your late check inn.
In case you couldn't meet our staff at the airport then please urgently contact our nearest office or call the number written on your confirmation slip.
We will not take any responsibility if you will not contact our office immediately in an emergency, and arrange anything by yourself.

Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
You can find a prepaid taxi from the airport, there is a bus service also availably but it not comfortable and Luxurious,
Some 5 star hotels are giving there airport transfer service in free which is only for the suite room  guest,
So we recommend you to book our Airport/station transfer service. our cost is not much different from  prepaid taxi.

What are the different room categories?
Generally hotels tend to place their bedrooms within four different categories :
  •       Standard
  •       Superior
  •       Deluxe
  •       Executive/Suite
The actual differences between the bedrooms varies from one hotel to another, with executive/suite being the highest standard of room.
Single Bed Room
A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room contains one single bed or twin bed.
Double Bed Room
A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed or king size bed or if not available a twin bed.
Twin Bed Room
A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds or if not available a king size bed.
Family Rooms There are two main types of family rooms, as follows :
Triple Bed Room
A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. This room will contain one extra bed with double bed or twin bed.
(Triple bed is not available in Executive room/Suite rooms)

What are the check in and check out times?                                              
Check-In - 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out - 1200 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
